    Metallo K-8000

    Germo-Knife, round tip, blue
    Disinfection/milk knife has a built-in, large, durable, liquid reservoir. This reservoir holds the disinfecting solution. Four sets of colored plugs are provided with each knife to control the amount of disinfectant that is released from the reservoir onto the cutting blade. The K-8000 has a high carbon steel, round tip blade that has a V-cut cutting edge on one side only, to prevent damage while harvesting and to improve product quality and productivity.
