Description
The Metallo K-7230 spinach knife, also known as a pot knife or stripping knife, is widely used for harvesting spinach and other leafy greens. Thanks to its characteristic design, the knife always provides the correct cutting angle for an efficient and clean harvest. The 150 mm smooth blade is made from high-quality C60 high-carbon steel, known for its hardness, long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance. The blade is hardened and tempered for optimal performance but is not stainless. Cleaning, drying and lightly oiling after use is recommended. The ergonomically shaped handle is made from durable plastic which makes the knife lightweight, easy to maintain and suitable for intensive horticultural use.
