The Metallo K-8030-2 is a plug with a 0.5 mm opening, specially designed for the Metallo K-8000 and K-8010 dairy knives. This red plug provides precise flow control of disinfectant liquid to the cutting blade, ensuring continuous moistening and hygienic operation. The plugs are available in different versions: blue (0 mm), red (0.5 mm), orange (1 mm) and green (1.5 mm), allowing the moistening level to be adjusted as needed.
