The Metallo K-8030-3 is a plug with a 1 mm opening, specially designed for the Metallo K-8000 and K-8010 dairy knives. This orange plug allows a generous and consistent flow of disinfectant liquid to the cutting blade, keeping it properly moistened during use. The plugs are available in different versions: blue (0 mm), red (0.5 mm), orange (1 mm) and green (1.5 mm), ensuring precise control of the moistening level.
